Cerebrovascular and Bleeding Outcomes of Warfarin versus Direct Oral Anticoagulants Therapy for Atrial Fibrillation: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials
This systematic review and meta-analysis compared warfarin with direct oral anticoagulants in patients with atrial fibrillation. Randomized controlled trials involving more than 60,000 participants showed that direct oral anticoagulants reduced the risk of stroke and systemic embolism and demonstrated a favorable overall safety profile compared with warfarin. المزيد
