College of Medicine
The College of Medicine at the University of Jeddah was established in 1431 H / 2010 as a branch of King Abdulaziz University’s College of Medicine in North Jeddah. In 1434 H / 2013, it became an independent college and later joined the University of Jeddah upon its establishment. In 2019, the college moved to the Health Sciences Campus in Al-Sharafiyah, supporting clinical training through proximity to healthcare facilities. It continues to advance medical education, research, and community service.

Cerebrovascular and Bleeding Outcomes of Warfarin versus Direct Oral Anticoagulants Therapy for Atrial Fibrillation: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

This systematic review and meta-analysis compared warfarin with direct oral anticoagulants in patients with atrial fibrillation. Randomized controlled trials involving more than 60,000 participants showed that direct oral anticoagulants reduced the risk of stroke and systemic embolism and demonstrated a favorable overall safety profile compared with warfarin.
Efficacy of the Tibial Transverse Bone Transport Technique in the Management of Thromboangiitis Obliterans: A Systematic Review

This systematic review evaluated the efficacy and safety of tibial transverse bone transport in patients with thromboangiitis obliterans. Ten studies involving 368 patients reported improvements in pain, walking distance, ulcer healing, limb perfusion, and limb salvage. The findings are promising, although further high-quality prospective and randomized studies are needed.
Radial nerve branches to the triceps brachii: cadaveric analysis and surgical implications for neurotization

This cadaveric study investigated the motor branches of the radial nerve supplying the triceps brachii to identify a reliable donor branch for neurotization. Thirty upper-limb dissections consistently identified four motor branches. The long-head branch was recommended for neurotization because of its consistent anatomical position, adequate caliber, and purely motor function.
